Root Call SMS Manager 1.24gp

The program allows to block undesirable incoming and outgoing calls and SMS.

Some program functions require root privileges. Root rights are not needed to block calls on Android 8+.

There is support for Dual SIM smartphones.

Blocking is carried out at the system level, ensuring the program doesn't miss the first call, the screen doesn't light up, and there is no dialer window.

For calls, there is an option to choose between "Reject" or "Do not answer" for blocking. For SMS, you can set text filters (if not set, all SMS from the specified number are blocked). Multiple filters can be separated using a ";". Prefixing a filter with "!" will block all SMS not matching the filter.

To filter numbers, creating a list is necessary. The "Not to block" mode deactivates all blocking functions. The black list blocks all numbers added to it, allowing for individual blocking parameters. The white list blocks numbers not on the list, using the list's settings for blocking parameters. Exceptions from this list are handled according to set rules regardless of current settings.

When adding a number to the list, you can specify a template ("?" for any symbol, "*" for any quantity of any symbols). To block hidden numbers, leave the field empty. Regular expressions are available in the full version of the program (starting with "^" and ending with "$"). Schedules can be used to make a designated list current at specific times.

Free version restrictions:

• Maximum of two entries in the list (templates, all or specific contacts, numbers with letters allowed). No support for contact groups or exceptions.
• No scheduler functionality included.

Integration with Tasker: In Tasker, add "Start application" as a task. Choose Root Call Manager and input a list name in the data field to make that list current.
